Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via casaibatici.ch, WhatsApp or e-mail with Casa Ibatici, Andrea Ibatici, Spitzi 11, 8716 Schmerikon (hereinafter “Casa Ibatici”).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By sending an order you make an offer. The contract is concluded with our confirmation by e-mail or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline orders in case of unavailability.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. VAT, plus any delivery costs according to the “Shipping & payment” page. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of ordering applies.

4. Delivery

Free evening delivery within 10 km of Schmerikon; region CHF 5.–; shipping within Switzerland from CHF 8.50. Delivery times are indicative. For pickup we inform you as soon as the goods are ready.

5. Payment

Payment via TWINT (QR code after confirmation), invoice (10 days) or cash on pickup/delivery. In case of late payment we reserve the right to withhold further deliveries.

6. Food and withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for perishable food. Please report complaints about transport damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt with a photo – we replace the goods or refund the amount.

7. Warranty

We supply only original products (Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Aceto Balsamico from Reggio Emilia). The customer is responsible for correct storage after receipt; instructions can be found on the product page.

8. Data protection

Our privacy policy applies.

9. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Schmerikon SG, to the extent permitted by law.
